Good morning, By the end of the day is your mind cluttered with all kinds of concerns and cares? Troubles, questions, and obligations can seem overwhelming. David prays in Psalm 51: “Restore to me the joy of your salvation.” Jesus says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matt. 11:28). Tonight we have the opportunity to take a break from the strain of daily life and have the Lord renew and refresh our spirits with his love shown to us in sending Jesus as our Savior. We can unwind from the stress of the day in the singing of hymns of praise. We can give our concerns to the Lord in prayer.
